Fuel tank capacity, fuel left when bulb lights on ?

what is the fuel tank capacity and how many litres are left in the tank when fuel bulb lights on ?

it is a serious question :)
if anyone knows.
also what is Glanza fuel tank capacity. (yeah I've never checked how much fuel fit in there at the pump...)
and finaly, if anyone knows how much fuel there is in the tank when fuel arrow is just half full. (it should be half tank capacity, but first half seems to consume slower than last half lol, so that's why I'm wondering)

im sure someone said the tanks are a bit triangular thats why they last a bit longer for the first half

ive managed 30 miles on the light then i bricked it!

thanks, the shape could explain why last half goes faster indeed.
i realy would like to know how many litre thougth, as millegage would depends on fuel comsuption

I have managed over 50 miles when the light was on im sure there are over 5liters left when the light is on.

when i used to deliver cars (summer job helping a mate years ago lol) they would never fill cars up and you got aroud 30-60miles from a fuel light depending on engine and driving style ect. the again jc did half the country on topgear in that jag!

I'm sure it's been posted before, Jay'll probably know. as soon as the ligt comes on go into a petrol station and fill it up and record the no. of litres and take it away from whatever the specification capacity

I think the GT tank is less, maybe 40litres.

I had the fuel light coming on this morning with every slight change of direction and to the brim it took 30.73 litres. Thats an EP82 though.

Why don't people read what others put instead of just saying "They" are x amount of litre tanks.

The glanza tank is 45 litres, and the light comes on when there is at least 7 litres of fuel left in the tank.

The GT tank, is less than the glanza.. Having not owned a GT I can't comment but from what other people say its either a 35 or 40 litre tank.

Well when i had my old Starlet GT back in Feb.....£26-£27 used to fill the tank right up......so it cant be a 40 litre tank lol.
