If people do go down this route it'll be a few weeks yet before the majority can actually start proceedings. It's nice and easy to do though, and enjoyable in a nervous way.

if you are an honest person like you say, then why when dealing with captain starlet did you state the turbo was yours that you were selling.
only to then state that you had a tracking number, which was a lie as it turned out it had never been posted.
then you said that you had gave the turbo to your mate to post and that he had not done so.
then to top it off we now hear for the very first time in this thread that it was actually your mates turbo that you were selling on his behalf.
do you honestly believe that all these people who have bad experiences with you are actually the ones at fault, and that any problems were outwith your control?
putting your hands up and saying yes ok i was lazy is simply not good enough as
1. it shouldnt have happened in the first place
2. its not an isolated incident
3. its still not resolved

First thing, i own an evo, and since getting it, iv driven it twice, its not insured or taxed, so no, my money does NOT get spent on that car, its locked away in a garage and hasnt moved since August 2010.
The turbo was NEVER mine at all, it was always my mates, admittedly i didnt tell the forum i was selling on behalf of a friend, so yes i was in the wrong there but i was trying to help him out and sell it, and yes the turbo was sent according to my mate, and he did have a tracking number...... so i was told. Then when i found out, i gave CAPTAIN STARLET a call, explained and got it sent on a next day delivery and i even REFUNDED him the delivery charge!!!!!!

Maybe if you'd payed a bit more interest in the people that you owe rather than what other people are saying about you, those other people might not have had much to say at all. We all hope you now have this mess as good as dealt with, so please ensure that you do.
Martin and Enrico, please can you post an update once you've been sorted so we can finally shut the door on this. However, if either of you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the time frame you've been given, I would urge you to take legal action.
both parties owed have my contact details and i have given updates all since this started, so dont say i havent because i have.
