I have tried an HKS SSQV as well and had the same issue. Can it be the intercooler piping leaking?

Bov is a group 4 diaphragm dump valve. Was functioning properly till I had a service and then theres more compressor surge and less purge. Spring is not adjustable.

Ok guys Issues is that boost is consistent and normal There are no boost leak or whatsoever, i have double checked both bov and intercooler tubing but its all fine . So what can cause my bov to open only halfway to relieve the pressure?
