    Fair play on relocating that slot, I just pulled my pin out with pliers! As for the big washer thing, mine was exactly the same as are other turbo's I've seen, cant comment on what it is but I assume something in the housing holds it down, mine was fine!

    Yes, its for an oil cooler. There are no ports for a gauge sender. Its provisionally sold, havent been able to get on here to update for some reason
