Thanks bro for response and valuable info. Below I am showing you the ECU pinout of my computer connected to my engine, which is 4EFTE. Here I marked in RED that Pin #10 is providing pulse to Injectors 1&3 and pin #20 is giving pulse to Injectors 2&4. My wiring shorted both #10 & #20 with a...

From yesterday, I am working on wiring of my car. Wiring is very messy like nest and no one knows which wire goes where. So I decided to neat it myself because it is a very time consuming job and no mechanic will do it. They like easy money. :) Now I saw some strange issue. Everywhere on the...

Hi @SKINY . I am really glad to know that I am dealing with the real "old Toyota" lovers, having no Race/Color/Religion/Region prejudices. We have one passion in common, which is stronger than all other traits. I could gather the relevant part numbers for my car's engine and find them on online...

Currently I am stuck in Karachi for a year. The old parts are readily available in Peshawar (my hometown ) which is near the Afghanistan border. All vehicle used spare parts comes from AFG. Which are extremely cheap as compared to ebay or other expensive online shopping websites.

That will be so nice if I get a glimpse of the original manual. Actually this engine swapped by the previous owner. My car is Toyota Corolla 1986 (EE-80). I don't think there is any check connector attached somewhere.

You are exactly right bro. I remember, Once I removed that IAC from TB and found that someone put epoxy in its hole. At that time, I was confused. Now I know that it is done because the Waxstat is not working. Can I replace this Old Timer IAC with the one which has connector wiring?

They are now connected. The engine is breathing through that Cam cover piping to intake. The RPM is very very low at cold start. (Engine wants to stall and Vibrating). But when the engine reaches to its operating temp, the RPM shoots to 1100.

Whenever I search for this IDLE CONTROL VALVE, Google always shows me IAC valve which is right under Throttle Body. The problem is, I got Waxstat IAC valve and it has no connector or wiring out from it. It is a plain mechanical thing and three rubber pipes are connected to it. One is for...
