Phoned toyota today to price valve stem oil seals and got the price of £91 not including vat and was looking through the net and found a site called camskill and they are selling them at £18.50 including vat! Does anyone know what the ones in camskill is like or would i be better just...

how would ya know if they have been touched?? ive been looking around the engine and can see and smell nothing!!

no engine lights no and i havent done a compression test but i know there is smoke coming out but it's cause i need valve stem oil seals but im thinking that the petrol smell and missing hasn't anything to do with the seals!!

forgot to mention too that the car smells of petrol too sometimes and it seems to come in through the vents!! went out in her there and she is getting worse. Seems to be missing/chugging more now!!

aye but isn't there 2?? i changed the one in the tank but i think there is one up front somewhere too isn't there??

Hi guys, This last 2 weeks the car is acting while strange it's started chugging and it does it in every gear and when i go above 50 but it's at it's worst when i go to take off from a stop. Ive been around the car a few times and there is no leaks and it's not fuel cut but cant figure...

Ah right, i would just love to find someone in my area that could do it. There is one man that works at rally car engines but said there might be an issue with the shims on the valve or something.

Looked at the car today and no pipes were busted or anything so decided to take away the t-piece and go from turbo to bleed valve and bleed valve to actuator and the car is running and holding about 10.5 psi in every gear.

hi guys, Was wondering if anyone has changed their valve stem oil seals, i was told that it may be possible to change them without taking the head off!! Is that possible?? has anyone tried it?? Thanks.

Hi, Right just a heads up i have a de-cat full exhaust system fuel pump an in car bleed valve HKS Front mount I got a HKS actuator, i fitted it according to the instructions using the T piece, on the night of fitting it i done a few runs testing the boost got it set up running...
