100,000 mile suspension overhaul?

Only 500 miles to go until my EP91 shell has done over 100,000 miles!

Everything is in good shape inside, no rotting etc and had the car under sealed again yesterday.

I want to overhaul the suspension bushes, but I am totally lost on 'what bushes are which' and if there are uprated aftermarket alternatives available.

Can you help?

So, keeping in mine I have the below modifications which already have poly bushes for example.

Currently off the top of my head, my suspension mods are as follows:

D2 coilovers
Whiteline rear adjustable anti roll bar
Whiteline anti lift kit
Pan hard rod
TRD engine mounts

Which bushes should I look into replacing and are there aftermarket ones available?

Thanks!

if there is no play in any of the suspension bushes then they dont have to be replaced.

BUT

you can still buy uprated bushes for all round the car from trd, speak to dave burwash or toby, and i'm sure they will help you out :)

oonly the pan hard rod and anti lift kit bushes are replaced with the whiteline, so he kinda needs all of them except the panhard rod bushes, and the front lower arm rear bush

After 100,000 miles and the assumption they have not been changed through the cars life time, I'd probably like to replace them at the same time of changing my suspension setup which will probabaly happen in the future.

Probably going for a more sensible coilover or shock/spring setup if I don't buy a S2000 haha.

I would change:

Lower arm front bushes x 2
Front ARB bush x 2
Front ARB droplink bush x 4
Ball joints x 2
Trackrod ends x 2
Rear axle arm bush & seat x 2

If you're intending to fit an aftermarket front ARB, you should get the ARB and droplink bushes included.

Thanks for the input guys.

Better make a note of this stuff, as I always forget.
