15*7" offset

Hello,
I know 15*6.5" recomended offset is et38, but what is recomended when using 7" wide ?

what do you guys use ?

it was rubbing on the outer side ?
I would love to know if anyone use et42, to be sure it doesn't rub on the inner side

people recommend 42 but 35 will give you a slightly wider stance. Might need to roll the fenders for that though.

et40 sounds perfect then. I would love to be sure that et42 doesn't rub inside.
I'm thinking of 205/50/15. I think they should perform better on 7" than 6.5" . what do you think ?

interesting. would be nice to know wich offset they are. do you know what they rub with ?

what does the tire rub against.

have tried to remove one wheel and check inside where struds are ?

Ah I see, it just rubs on the inner arch, the actual metal bit - I could see the shiny bit where it had been scuffing. I'm going to put 195/50's on them soon (their not on the car at the moment) as the 205's seem to ballon out quite a bit, so I'll see if that makes a difference.
