4E & 5E Valve Springs

Hi everyone

I need some help here.
I just got a cylinder head from a yard and the valve springs are longer than the usual 4E-FTE ones, besides they bind very easily, i.e. very soft. Is it the case that 4E-FE or 5E-FE valve springs are longer or different?
Can I replace with stock 4E-FTE valve springs?

Depends on the engine and application, but the springs should be interchangeable so long as you change all 16 for the same type.
