5e fhe on starlet

hi there!
I'm thinking about putting a 5e fhe engine on my ep 81.
Except the electrical wiring,is there anything else that needs modification??

They share the same engine mounts. I dont think you need something except the wiring loom and ecu.

If you're dropping in a 5e-fhe in place of a 4e-fte you can transfer all the existing sensors etc to the new motor. It will run just like it should, however the 5e-fhe specific features (ACIS induction etc) will not function without the correct ECU and wiring to solenoids etc. I can say with certainty you can run a stock 5e-fhe on a standard 4e ECU, however your fueling curve may be a little off
