actuator lenght

when fitting the hks actuator do i set the lenght to a low boost setting and then can i use my boost controller to turn it up as in set it to .6bar and turn it up from there? and is it true that you can only go up and not down past the predetermined boost on the hks actuator

sound out mad man but it does not say what to do.. if i set the actuator to .6 can i use my avcr to turn it up to 1bar

yeah the avc-r will up the boost to 1bar
