What is it? and what should i do block the pipe off or jst leave it hanging? Thanks John

its the bleed off from the hi.low solenoid. leave it hanging if you still use the hi.lo function

Technically it should be filtered instead of being left to atmosphere but it'll not do any great amount of harm. On my last front mounted filter setup I had a place for it on the filter.

no real need for it to be filtered jay. it is doing the same thing as the exhaust port on any other boost controller whether its a bleed valve, mbc or ebc. none of those are filtered! its just an exhaust port!

If you are runnin' on the stock dual port actuator, then you have to feed it back into the intake (get a nipple on your relocation intake pipe). If you block the pipe leading to the 2nd port on the stock actuator or leave it hanging then the car will only boost 5 - 6 psi and you will have to adjust the boost.

Edit - this is if you have bypassed hi/lo solenoid.
