Athena headgasket or cometic??? Which?

As above guys which gasket would u say is better & which ones do ppl use without having problems??

Yeah i've heard from people the athena are good but the cometic ones are even better ?

Cometic is a manufacturer of gaskets, I've never heard of them doing an "off the shelf" gasket for the E series motor. Their catalog doesn't list any gaskets for these engines. Do you have a link?

I'd say go for whichever the engine builder decides is best.

yeah getting cometic gaskets made for the 4e engine setup now, once i get some cash flow back in i'm going to start stocking them.

Nothing really wrong with athena but i like cometic, used them on all my forged engines, ran nearly 1000bhp on a 3sgte version, always worked very well. So i'm sticking with what i know. Also getting CP forged pistons done as well, been working with cp over a year sorting these out (although i see some trader on the starlet site has there hands on a few) as i rate CP again higher than all the other piston manufactures
