Bank Holiday Monday Mapping Session @ Tuning Developments

So we had Gary's EP82 in today for some engine mounts, minor service and a remap to suit his newly acquired TD04 kit.

Running directly off the TiAL F38 wastegate with a 1bar spring, the boost as expected is rock solid and holds 1bar all the way to the redline, got to love external wastegate setups

Anyhow, after some mapping and a couple of pulls we thought something wasn't right somewhere. So, off the dyno went, reset it and fired it backup... confirming the same power figures!

257bhp & 230lb.ft @ 1bar

Certainly makes the Quaife ATB work in 2nd & 3rd gears! Very lively to say the least

Intrigued as to what is inside the engine now!

Engine is an unknown, it came in from Japan with it in and hasn't been opened up
