I think thats whats gotta be done.. 2 folk drive.

Mhm when vibrating surely it would do it at a certain speed rather than accelerating as if coasting say 60/70 no noise but slight touch of speed of she goes lol

:haha:

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious. I'd feel like I was going insane if that noise was coming from my car.

Can't even imagine what it is, it sounds like it's coming from something rotating though. Unless that mouse theory proves right. Can't get it to make the same noise at idle on throttle?

maybe a weird boost leak causing an unusual sound. Check the route of your boost gauge and see if it goes near here.

Have you had any drop off in boost pressure or performance in general?

My blitz power meter beeps at a certain speed and the EBC beeps at certain pressure but sounds like a proper beep like an alarm clock or something.

Not really dylan seems to hold 0.9 throughout rev range however this has only been like that for a week as had to replace actuator pipes as split from rubbing on the radiator.

will check lines also.

have u fitted an amp in the car? maybe 1 of the rubber grommet thingys in the firewall have came loose, you know the things to run the wires through? if the wind hits that right it would make a squeeling noise

thats exactly wat i think it is has my apexi pipe got a split init and sounded just like that

I know im a noob but i had an almost exact same experience many years ago with a nasty mk2 fiesta sport i had, it turned out to be the bearing in the heater blower. Symptoms were the same constant speed no noise.....speed up and it whined like hell something to do with the varying air pressure causing more force on one side of the squirrel cage fan hence bearing wearing out and then noise. its a long shot but it might be it :)

to test this i assume just turn them off completly yeah.

now had a wee run there, the noise is not there when i partially accelerate through the gears ( when no boost). then as soon as it sniffs 0 bar it`l beep

Also why now? over the last year ive had the boost from 0.6 to a bar varies times so should be a present thing should it?

dylan yes you did make me smile.

mmm.. you can try using an air compressor and putting air into any vacum lines to see if it makes the sound WITH THE IGNITION OFF..
