big end bearings

was driving hard the other day on my lunch and a tapping noise came into it,now when it happened i havnt drove it ,its sitting in my job.,so i dont think there will be that much damage

if crank needs regrounding ,how much will i be looking at all together

ah shite,well youl have to make sure it is them gone first.

the bearings arent expensive,and if the crank is ok its just labour you have to pay really but im not sure how much?

not sure how much it is to grind a crank,but a friend told me just yesterday it cost his boss £200 for a jeep,so id say £100-£150 but im only guessing

i did abit of searching on the forum and im 90% sure its them someone has a video of wat its sounds like too and my mine is the same

awful noise isnt it!!:mad:i guess it got louder as you reved it?

best to get a good mechanic to look at it
