Big End Gone Help!

Hello my big end has gone in my glanza. Making loud noise. How easy is it to remove the crankshaft as I'm going to get it grinded and get new shells put on. Do I need to take the engine out. Can it be done with engine in. Etc. please help thanks.

You could leave the engine in, but for the sake of removing an additional 4 coolant hoses, an engine mount and a couple of plugs it would make life a lot easier to just pull the engine out of the car.

What is the mileage of you engine? Might want to do a light rebuild with a new oil pump etc.

The mileage is 102,000km I think it's around the 60,000 mile mark. I'm gunna inspect the engine when it comes taking it apart. Conrods pistons. Barrels pump Ect. Do you know where I can get an oil pump from. Thanks again.
