Boost Controllers??

Ive been recommended by quite a few people to get a boost controller and i think this is the way to go, can anyone advise on what make is the best and easiest to use.
I've seen an AEM one thats in my price range, but are they any good?

HDI-R. So easy to fit and just a dial to turn boost up/down.
