boost gauge fitting

i would just like to know the best place to connect the boost gauge to get the most accurate reading. mine was T-ed between the vacuum line from the intake manifold going to the map sensor but i got curious when i saw others T-ing it between the vacuum line from the dump valve to the intake manifold. thanks guys!

its the same thing. any of the two will work
