Boost Problem (Video)

Hey guys,

right, i fitted an aftermarket FPR, and ever since then it shot well over 1 bar of boost and hit fuel cut. After winding the HKS actuator arm to almost full length, it still overboosted. Only difference being it revved up the range a bit slower and took a while longer to go over 1 bar, but it would get there.

Fitted the stock FPR back on, still over 1 bar but slower boosting.

Fitted the stock actuator back on which I had spare, and it still overboosts :/ It worked perfect before so I've no idea wtf is going on. It's a lot slower to boost now but it will go over 1 bar if I let it, but it takes forever getting there compared to the initial problem.

A video of how its set up at the moment :/ Sorry its on an angle, done it on my phone...

Also, I ran it without the actuator and it didnt boost, just thought it was worth mentioning although it might be obvious lol

I know its WAYYY to late but I wanted to know if you had done and filter-to-turbo modifications on the meantime of the fpr change as well cause its a factor as well. the oem intake is super tight and therefore restrictive so in an upgrade you gain tons of intake flow-rate. Very common to overboost on stock setups
