My starlet isnt coming onto full boost until around 4800/5000RPM

New Turbo / Engine.

How do i lower this?

Im sure it's been covered before... but cant find anything

Is it defo a ct9? Might want to check for boost leaks as well bud:freddy:

Most ct9 hybrids spools at around the same rpm as the stock ct9 (2000-2300rpm). With an uprated actuator and boost controller you can get even better response. What sort of actuator are you using. If it's the stock unit and it has become weak it will seriously affect spool times and peak boost hold.

check that the wastegate is closed, when I fitting my HKS actuator i didnt have enough tension on the wastegate and it was slightly open, my turbo wasnt creating boost until around 4.5k
