bottom end timing marks

I'm planning on checking the timing on my 4efte and i was wondering if anyone knows what timing marks to follow? i dont have a service manual for the motor so i dont know what the oem marks are to set everything to stock. Would this be the same marks as on the 5efe motor? or does someone have a pdf format service manual for the 4efte motor? thanx!

in relation to timing on the 4e.everything is the same as the 5e EXCEPT, u have to use "4E" on the cam gear (instead of "5E").....everything else remains the same
