break or sell complete?

Im thinking of selling my car for £3k (maybe more?). its black and done 77k miles. do you think i should swap the parts for standard ones and make much more money back? heres the mod list:

tricky choice u have their dude, a lot of people are breakin their cars at the minute and that seems to be the way to go. maybe put it it for sale as a complete car then if not much intrest start stripping it.
