He has to cancel it from his end mate.
He can go on paypal and cancel transaction.

yeppp, basically stefan's payment locked the paypal account as its a large ammount of money from abroad, paypal think its suspicious and have locked the account. fucking typical!! hope everyone can understand this balls up is completely out of my control. for future reference i will need bank transfer / cheque / cash via recorded mail / or cash on collection. apologies for the fuck up! oh and im sure paypal are sorry too lol

Find the payment you'd like to cancel
