cam timming on JDM 5e

hey guys im trying to set the cam timing on a jdm 5e like what Don is describing in this thread http://board.tercelonline.com/viewthread.php?tid=40619

things he forgot the mention is the oil pump carries a vr sensor i thinks its called and the crank pulley has teeth on the outer edge

problem is on the body of the pump there is no notch to line up neither is there a notch on the crank pulley so the method of lining up the 2 notches like we would do on the regular oil pump cant be used here

some help would be great guys

by the way i cant change the pump cause i wana use the sensor with my Mega Squirt

There should be a dot on the pump housing which you line up with the large tooth on the crank sprocket.
