camshafts

hi all,

I'm currently doing the headgasket on my engine, ive followed the right procedures with tightening the bolts with torque settings and tightening order.

I've come to replacing my camshafts and where they are bolted down with the four points on each camshaft, ive found that they have the markings (I2, I3, I4, I5, E2, E3, E4 & E5) on each one. What i've already worked out is that E=exhaust I=inlet lol.
They also have an arrow on each one. what i'd like to know is which way the arrow is supposed to point and where each mounting point thingy sits.

A diagram would be perfect if someone has one, Thanks in advance.

in this order left to right

camshaft end cap, <-I2,<-I3,<-I4,<-I5
camshaft end cap, <-E2,<-E3,<-E4,<-E5

Tighten them using 9ft/lb. the arrows should point towards the cambelt.
