Can EMU set a used definable boost cut limit?

As per thread title, can i set it so that say for example the vac line to my wastegate gets damamged, my car wont booost past a certain point?

Don't think so but you can retard the timing and max the fuel above a certain boost level.

use an ebc, a blitz boost controller has a warning light etc that can be defined to come on at a set pressure.

Yeah, most ebc have a warning light and sometimes a failsafe, I know I could set my hks one to cut boost to 0.5bar if it spiked over 1.1bar

If the vacuum hose between the compressor and wastegate develops a leak, the only way to stop the turbo from over boosting is by pulling your foot off the loud pedal. You can set an over boost warning on some EBC's that'll give a visual/audible indication, but their boost limiter will be of no use.

the answer is yes but not with additiional wiring,
you could use one of the emanages outputs to activate a relay to shut off injectors if your handy with electrics
