Can I swap my years tax from my car to a car I bought as I'm breaking my other car ?

i think you can get your money back if ya have a over 6 months tax and are scrapping the car. there is a form ya can get called a RF 120. And ya have to apply to your local tax office for the refund.

in ireland you have to have the car declared as scrapped or not going back on the road i inquired about this a few months ago they changed the rules on it which is balls
