Change from saloon to hatchback at local office?

as you guys know the postal strike is gonna happen and with the service as it is I don't want to send the logbook for it to get lost.

Are there any special delivery return options? Can I get the office tot ake my logbook with details and pick it up from them once the changes have been made?

Need it changing from saloon to hatchback.

How is the best was to do this as it is urgent.

I though that as well but then thought it would be returned standard which is where the unreliable postman come in.
