cheshireglanza??

Is anybody on this site in contact with 'Cheshireglanza'? Sold him my starlet around early december time after we agreed a price of £1,500. He sent a total of £850 to my paypal account and said that the rest was pending (it was not) haven't been able to contact him and it sounds very unlikely that he is going to pay the rest. Gettin excuses like 'i've got a new phone now' although it still rings out (oh and he answered when i rang off a different number and he explained that he would pay that weekend and he didn't) and 'i've lost my job so dont have the money'. Anyone else had similar problems with this guy?? Or what would anyone suggest my next step should be?? By the way he is based in england and I am in Northern Ireland which makes it slightly more awkward. thanks for any help anyone can give me

does he have the car? if he does your a bit silly for doing a deal without full funds clearing!

if he doesnt have the car keep his money and sale it again win win :)

keep trying his phone and email and all that but if all fails id do as above

yeh I know it was stupid. He left a note with the first payment saying that he 'wud pay the rest tomoro' (i think this is to avoid paypal fees) but nothin arrived the next day. I had met him in England to discuss a price etc before I sent it over and he seemed a decent fela, looking back it was a bad mistake. Oh and another thing the car broke down after him driving it for a while which I think is one of the reasons he isnt paying (of course this wasnt to my knowledge that the car was going to break down), although this is no excuse as it is now his car.

stupid move dude, ive had 2 run ins with him, sending me damaged goods and not refunding money, and im still waiting on a civic rad from him from at least 4 months ago because the one he sent was damaged. not that you have any proof really, but start a paypal dispute, and also he uses uksc alot more than this forum. doesnt seem to be the best guy to deal with, but once the situation is brought public he usually sorts it.

I'd be getting next ferry over and taking car back or demanding money at his front door!

A) Your a noob for only taking half the cash and letting him take the car lol.
B) Chesh is banned from trading on UKSC coz he's a lazy cunt. So many people having bad vibes with him lately.

Not a good out look im afraid :(

Alrite guys I didn't put this up to find out how much of an idiot I am for sending it over after only receivin half the cash lol, I already know that lol! thanks for any of the help though and if theres anyone on this selling/ buying with him maybe think twice.

I hope you are not giving up mate! Id be on the first boat over looking for my money bad and wouldn leave unless you got the car/money. Or go down the lines of lawer and court but then ud have to go to england to go to court if it goes that far best best is a nice early wake up at his house u and 5 mates!

Dont worry im far from givin up mate, just tryin to decide what the best option is.

get your arse over there and demand the rest of the dosh, or give him back his 850 minus your travelling expenses and take the car
