For anyone thats a bit confused, the car was damaged ON THE FERRY and not when it left me, this is soo irrelevant. The ferry company were going to pay for a full respray because they damaged it. I have now texted u back cheshireglanza.

Was it in driving condition when you bought it? or did you have to fix it??

You may remember a while ago there was a dispute about cheshireglanze owing me money for a starlet he bought off me. Wel in the best interest of everyone on the site I was asked by a site moderator to let everyone know how the situation unfolded. For anyone who didnt see the dispute, basically cheshireglanza bought a starlet off me towards the end of last year, he sent me a sum of £850 (the amount we agreed on was £1400 including shipping) to my paypal and since then I have received £156 off him in small £50 payments here and there. he claims he has no money even though he sold to the car on to someone else shortly after he got it. To be honest thats as accurate as I can sum up the situation, going by my paypal transactions etc. Ultimately I would not recomend ANYONE to do business with this guy, these are my experiences and I have no reason to set this guy up or make him look bad, its just someone that still owes me a lot of money. any more updates il let the site know.

I am also still waiting on a civic rad, or the money refunded since September/ October time. Can't say I've had pleasant exPeriences either.

a) did you both agree on a cost..? &
b) did the buyer, in this case cheshireglanza, complete the total sum of the agreed payment in (a) above..?
if both requirements were fulfilled then this may be a case of miscommunication.. doubt there could be a math error on the part of paypal. if there is proof of a transaction then share those and square it out.

hes not very good to deal with hense him getting banned on uksc
he sold me wind deflectors took over a month ti arive wen they did they were poorly packaged and damgaged then took another month to do a refund, kept blaming his paypal account etc

nazzurro19 yes it took me while to post but when they did get broke i tried to refund you by paypal which didnt work once i click refund i cant stop it im sure people can confrim also did i not ask you for you bank details so i could tansfer it but you said you wanted it to paypal hense why i kept trying with paypal,did you not deal with me before were i sent you few free clips and bargin price on cooling panel and fast delivery time

jweir89 do you recall damage on the back off the car that ferry said it arrive to be shipped with but you say they did it once i get home i can scan the report done by the ferry company car was up for £1000 i have paid £1006 so i owe you shipping fee but the damage to car is still un answered

@cheshireglanza: seems to me that you are only realizing there is a problem and trying to mend it now. these are things you should have sorted out the moment a complaint was raised, not waiting until now when skeletons are being brought out of the closet.
