cleaning calipers

got some bigger calipers and trying to clean surface rust of them so can give them a paint.

whats best thing to use?

been using WD40 and brillo pad but taking ages

any ideas?

wire brush, dremmel, sandpaper and alot of arm ache

haha cheers lad i dont have a dremmel though im afraid.

got most of it off with a scraper and some hard work

go to halfords and get the tub of rust remover. works fucking wonders.

its says rust remover but i've used it on bolts and it cleans grease off till its looks new, and makes my exhaust shiny,

its a green gel sort of stuff. although were gloves as it dies your hands green. lol

i used a wire brush and engine degreaser then painted them black.

came out prety good. can shoot some pics over on msn later on mate.
