coil wires

could anyone tell me which one is located where or a diagram of which one is the ignition system positive and ignition coil? i am wondering this because im hooking up a d1spec vsd4some japanese thong to up the voltage going to the spark plugs

the top wire is positive (think its a fatter/heavier) and the bottom one is negative (finer wire)

but where would i fine the top wire and the lower wire?
