coilover help

hello, does anybody know how adjust the hardness of these coilovers (silkroad rm a8)

You need an insert/key thing which goes into the shock to adjust the damping:

what would the key look like as i 2 got ajuster keys, (also they are mono tube if that helps)

You can see the thing I mean there, above the 2 c spanners. There will be somewhere you can stick that in and turn it to adjust te damping I would think.
