coilover spring rates ?

Hi all, Anyone know the spring rate of bc coilovers. The ride really is too hard and it skips goin over bumps, even on the softest settin. Or can anyone tell me the spring rate to get for a softer ride. Much appreciated

I think these are 5kg front 4kg rear.

bc are 6-4 spring rate mesiter r are little softer than them.

If there 6kg fr and 4kg rear thats pretty soft. Could also be down to how the dampers are valved.
