Same way mate... just plug a batery to the starter and crank it manually at WOT.The reading should be a litle lower due to the lower operating temperature but you can have a clue.

Ok thanks for that do you have any idea of compression figures for a cold engine? and rep added :)

You can have a clue for some things tho...cause a friend of mine buy an engine and comp test was spot on but the crankshaft was F***ed.

Just guessing that an 150 figure will be spot on on a cold and standard and midle millage engine. Maybe someone who had made a cold comp test could help more tho.
And keep in mind that maybe your lower comp engine if forged and inside are ross HRC s lol. What a mis.
