CORSA TURBO (diesel)

Hi all,
I'm new here & thanks for accepting.

My turbo is kaput in my CORSA diesel(1500cc, 1998 model)and need to find a repair kit. Incidently, kits are available for CT9 but mine is marked AISIN TOYOTA only and no model no. Part no is 17201-55040. ( googled this and not much help)
Can anyone help me to identify this turbo charger?

Hi mate if you want u can put the ct12 it's from the old 1500cc engine it's much better
