yes you can do so.
all 4e/4efte crankshafts are the same. turbo and n/a it doesnt make a difference.
they are also the same as all 2e/2et crankshafts
thus is assuming they havn't been re ground at same stage. you will need to pay close attention to the bearing numbers from the donor engine and also measure the crank journals for your self to be sure it hasnt. but you will get an idea of weather the engine has been apart before or not when you strip it down.
