C's Short Shifter

Hi guys,


Thought i'd share a few pictures of my shifter.. its a C's short shifter..
i can't find much info about it, only finding one site that is selling it and it is going for $360.. i have never seen another short shifter that looks anything like it.. i have had to very slightly trim the plastic around the gear stick and i also need to look for a gator that will fit as there is quite alot going on with it..

Its quite complicated looking compared to the TRD item.. I rebuilt it and made sure all bolts were tight and it feels great to drive with, that and the TRD shift knob is very comfortable. i'd like to also add that it is a very precise shifter with hardly any movement when in gear.. I say this because i have had short shifters on my civics and yes they were a shorter throw but no more precise.. this C's shifter kit is Awesome

i have a short shifter that is very similar to that. the plastic needed trimming too. not sure of the make of it though. its a shorter shift than the trd unit. i kinda prefer the trd for everyday driving, but the shorter throw of these type shifters is good for drag racing or general quick shifting

Shifter

Hello mate is this built using the original shifter?
As wot is on the underside of this ? Has it just been made longer?
As thinking of makin these for everyone to buy on here as had ideas of how you could get a good throw

^ i tried making one recently steve, took it apart cut and extended the underside by an inch or so, its shorter but nothin major needs abit more work somewhere else on the shifter if you come to make one drop me a pm and il bring mine down
