ct12 turbo late boosting

Hi everyone I have a gt and recently put a hybrid CT12 turbo with RAM horn mani and external wastegate and screamed pipe on. I'm just wondering it its normal for the turbo to kick in as high as 4300rpm seems a bit late or is it normal. Thanks

sounds a bit late to me. What was done to the turbo? And what management and was it dynod properly?

do you have a picture of your ct12 and manifold? late boosting for a ct12. what kind of ct12 are you using? my ct12 from supra w/ stock manifold boost at 2000 rpm on 3rd gear.
