ct20 vs td04

Hey guys would running a ct20 on my low compresion 5e be like runnig a hybrid or a td04 currently have 5efhe rods with 4efte head gasket and pistons the ain is to simply maxx out the engine I can't do forge so I'm trying to make the best of this so based on the specs of a ct20 from a supra would I be able to safly run 15 psi with asuper afc neo rrfpr and uprated fuel pump with custom manifold

As far as I know the CT series of turbos are a bit pants compared to the Gt and TD series turbos. But in answer to your question I'd say 15psi on a CT20 would be fine.
