Cutting Front Bumper! (PICS)

Alright peoples im thinkin of cutting my front bumper to show off front mount more theres a big dirty square hole were the reg was want to get rid of it.

If i was to cut that section out get it resprayd an that will it weaken the bumper i know it kinda will but how much?>? Will i have to reinforce it sum how??

no you shouldnt need to re-inforce it with anything.it will hold ok and the lip will add some strength to it also.

Go into halfords and get a bike plate I never had any problems from the gards even passed the nct with it.

First i took the splitter off and cut roughly the bumper

Bit more cutting

Then put the splitter on and cut that

Did some filling

Put it back on and did some tidying up

Et viola

Is The Splitter Hard To Get Off??

And Also What U Use To Cut It With?

My splitter was attached with a few screws and some sticky pads. I cut the bumper with a hacksaw to begin with then used a disc cutted off my airline.

the bumper was ALOT easier to cut than the splitter I found.
