Yeah thats what i need mate, like £10 on rhdjapan for the power cable, can i get it from anywhere else? takes ages to come form japan!
Also is it ok to just extend that short wire i have instead of buying a new one?

Unless it's on ebay probably not anywhere else for cheaper anyway.
You'll probably be fine extending it, it's just a few wires.

If its only the power cables, i dont see why you cant extend them, the only thing i wouldnt do is extend the sensor cables and the link cables...
The gauges will be designed to work on a resistance measured across the sensor, So if you start extending the cables, then you could add more resistance etc, and it will throw the readings out of the gauges.
They will be screened too, to avoid interferance from other electrical sources.
When i install the BMS systems etc at work I have to calculate the run of cables exact resistances etc, then order a sensor with this in mind, otherwise it will give bad readings and you will have all sorts of problems.
