does any one make a turbo kit like this?

just wondered if anyone makes a turbo kit like this?

i think with the shorter runners it will take up less space and should be rad friendly?

seen alot of kits like the common wepr td04 and that, surely its cheaper to make a smaller manifold and dp than the ones available atm? any ideas people....

The runners on that are longer not shorter

Scrap that, i thought it was a top mounted turbo but its sorted of side mounted aint it, strange
