Door plastic thingy

Just wondering if the plastic at the bottom of the doors can be removed and resprayed as i have really bad condition passenger side.

Also does anyone know the colour code of the black Gt metallic?

I know thats not the best information but if anyone could help it would be great, but if anymore info is needed to give me an answer just ask.

yea they just pull up held down by pop clips, toyota 205 is the paint code

You will need plastic primer for the door handles
