dump valve problem

i was strange because all i done was i took it to a closed road and started to rev engine hard while looking in the d/v and i could see it moving a little bit so started to tight the screw at top and kept doing it and then all of a sudden it sounded and i tightened it up and it just worked all the time at that setting, maybe the setting on the d/v is alot more sensitive thani thought.

Have you tried adjusting the nut on the top of the valve?

na mate it still struggles to dump at times , some times it will and othertimes ot wont very strange

i got a blitz supersound too and it dumps at pretty much all revs apart from when its hardly on boost obvioiusly but i havent had problems with it?

the only problem i have with it is that when i blip the throttle it makes a knocking noise lol :S

could it be a very hard spring? as mine need a goot boost to dump and opend it up cleand it very well but with no success. spring seems to be very hard for my ep :\
