Easiest way to adjust anyone?

Does anyone have any tips on adjusting my HKS actuator? That C-clip is a cunt. Was wondering if the actuator bar rotates so i could just turn the bar without having to remove it?

Dont turn the rod, you will rip the diaphram inside.

Find yourself either a "p" or "R" clip from an rc car, makes life alot easier
