electrical fault!!

hi, had my 1996 glanza v a year now, but about a month ago the rear washer started playing up then stopped working within the same week the interior light stopped working, changed the bulb and checked all fuses but still nothing, help much appreciated

the interior lights are notiriously unreliable so they may be unrelated. you need to get a meter out and see if you have power at the interior light.

as for the rear washer, is the pump trying to work? i have had the nozzles block before so could be that. do the front washers work?

I got a meter out and put it across the bulb contacts and nothing and no the rear washer is doing nothing, but the front works fine, just order a new light and pump gunna try them when they turn up

try measuring at the plug. the rivet connections on the light unit itself can sometimes get crappy.

i have had a dodgy pump before that only worked in one direction. i just swapped the pipes so the fronts would work until i got a replacement.
