engine cutting off

hello peoplez! engine cutting off even when battery been charged when stationary? if i let go of accelerator the engine cuts off got fuel in the car battery does get charged before driving (well as soon as it cuts off the battery has to get charged anyway) can anybody tell me what the problem is?its an ep82

is your car starting fine and you have to hold the throttle dwn to keep it ticking over?
