Goodday which is better to use on a glanza v a normal headgasket or metal?any info will be appreciated

Depends. If it's a pretty stock motor or mildly modded (up to around 250bhp), then normal headgasket is plenty good enough.
Lots of people use a normal headgasket for more power than that with no issues.

If you want to use a metal headgasket, you really want both the head and block faced to ensure a good seal. Normal gaskets are more forgiving to imperfections.
